Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read these terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") carefully before subscribing to a subscription with PartyFinder Limited (hereinafter referred to as "PartyFinder", "we", "our", or "us"). By subscribing to a subscription with PartyFinder, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

PartyFinder offers a monthly subscription service allowing users to benefit from exclusive discounts and freebies at partner establishments (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). The subscription to the Service is priced at €4.99 per month, all prices mentioned are inclusive of all taxes (VAT).

2. Free Trial Period

All new users who create a PartyFinder account are entitled to a one-month free trial period. During this period, the user has full access to the Service at no charge. At the end of the trial period, the monthly subscription will be automatically charged at the prevailing rate, unless cancelled beforehand.

3. Billing and Payment

Payment for the monthly subscription will be automatically deducted from the payment method associated with the user's account at the end of each monthly period. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the PartyFinder application.

4. Promo Codes

From time to time, PartyFinder may offer promo codes allowing for a reduction in the cost of the subscription for a specified period. Promo codes are subject to specific terms of use and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

5. Terms of Use

By using the Service, you agree to abide by PartyFinder's Terms of Use, available on our website and mobile application.

6. Service Availability

PartyFinder strives to maintain the availability of the Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, PartyFinder reserves the right to temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, updates, or any other legitimate reason.

7. Apple and Google Store Policies

By subscribing to a PartyFinder subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to the sales policies and terms and conditions of these platforms.

8. Modification of Terms

PartyFinder reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on our website or mobile application. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms for any modifications.

En souscrivant à un abonnement auprès de PartyFinder, vous acceptez d'être lié par les présentes Conditions.

1. Description du Service

PartyFinder propose un service d'abonnement mensuel permettant aux utilisateurs de bénéficier de réductions et de gratuités exclusives dans les établissements partenaires de PartyFinder (ci-après dénommé le "Service"). L'abonnement au Service est proposé au prix de 4,99€ par mois, tous les prix mentionnés sont toutes taxes comprises (TTC).

2. Période d'Essai Gratuite

Tous les nouveaux utilisateurs qui créent un compte PartyFinder bénéficient d'une période d'essai gratuite d'un mois. Pendant cette période, l'utilisateur a un accès complet au Service sans frais. À la fin de la période d'essai, l'abonnement mensuel sera automatiquement facturé au tarif en vigueur, sauf résiliation préalable.

3. Facturation et Paiement

Le paiement de l'abonnement mensuel sera automatiquement prélevé sur le moyen de paiement associé au compte de l'utilisateur à la fin de chaque période mensuelle. Les frais d'abonnement sont non-remboursables. Les utilisateurs peuvent résilier leur abonnement à tout moment via l'application PartyFinder.

4. Codes Promo

De temps à autre, PartyFinder peut offrir des codes promo permettant de réduire le coût de l'abonnement pendant une période déterminée. Les codes promo sont soumis à des conditions d'utilisation spécifiques et ne peuvent être combinés avec d'autres offres promotionnelles, sauf indication contraire.

5. Conditions d'Utilisation

En utilisant le Service, vous acceptez de respecter les Conditions d'Utilisation de PartyFinder, disponibles sur notre site web à travers l’URL suivante : et notre application mobile.

6. Disponibilité du Service

PartyFinder s'efforce de maintenir la disponibilité du Service 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7. Cependant, PartyFinder se réserve le droit d'interrompre temporairement le Service pour des raisons de maintenance, de mise à jour ou pour tout autre motif légitime.

7. Politiques de Apple et Google Store

En souscrivant à un abonnement auprès de PartyFinder via l'App Store d'Apple ou le Google Play Store, vous acceptez également les politiques de vente et les conditions générales de ces plateformes.

8. Modification des Conditions

PartyFinder se réserve le droit de modifier les présentes Conditions à tout moment. Les modifications prendront effet dès leur publication sur notre site web ou notre application mobile.
